Can staging be done during Covid-19?

The short answer-absolutely! Along with help from the Vincent Team with Coldwell Banker, we were able to work magic in the desirable area of Circle

C in South Austin. Our sellers needed to get the house 'buyer ready' ASAP for a new job starting on the East Coast. We met with the home owners, and I quickly came up with a staging plan. At the seller's convenience, we began within a day or two and I began bringing staging accessories and even some larger furniture (desk, sofa, side table, etc.). The family stayed quarantined in one section of the house while I worked around them- gloves and mask to boot! It was not a typical stage job, but by the end my sellers and I were very satisfied that the home really looked fantastic. And I'm happy to report that they immediately received multiple offers and sold their home for $60,000 OVER asking price!
